Membership Policy 

In order to build a stronger community and community organization which can continue to offer a wide variety of courses and activities, ARMP has established a $10 annual membership fee. This once a year membership fee is charged to all participants regardless of age who register for any ARMP sponsored activities and to individuals who are participants in a group playing or participating under a contract with ARMP. This membership program enables us to better serve our vast clientele and make our services available to people of all ages and backgrounds at an affordable price.The ARMP membership entitles members to register for courses in advance of the registration period and  receive discounts and specials for ARMP activites. Those not wishing to become members of ARMP must pay an additional non-member fee of $10 per course or activity.

 
Refund Policy

ARMP is proud to offer high quality courses at some of the lowest prices available in the city. However ARMP can not guarantee that all courses offered will be given as hoped for, or that you will be totally pleased, or available to take a course. Any activity cancelled by ARMP will be refunded or credited in its entirety, including the membership fee, if requested.

To be eligible for a monetary refund, one must fill out a written request form in person before the second class, or the second occurrence of a class. There will be a $5.00 administrative charge plus the cost of one class for all refunds, even if one did not attend the course. Unfortunately there are no refunds for Computer courses or one or two time courses. There will be a $10 administrative fee for anyone who cancels a course before it starts, with no refund for the membership fee.

A credit which is valid for three years can be offered after the second class.  The conditions are as follows:

  • During the second week that is before the third class or before the third occurrence of the activity: credit 75% of what was paid less $5;
  • During the third week that is before the fourth class or before the fourth occurrence of the activity: credit 50% of what was paid less $5;
  • During the fourth week that is before the fifth class or before the fifth occurrence of the activity: credit 40% of what was paid less $5; and
  • During the fifth week no credit will be given.
