Founded in 1984 by local activists, the Association Récréative Milton-Parc (ARMP) works in close partnership with the Ville de Montréal to offer a variety of programs and activities to people of all ages regardless of nationality, age, race, religion, or beliefs. Having stemmed from a small group of volleyball enthusiasts, ARMP consists of over 7000 members and offers over 700 fitness, sports, educational, and leisure activities for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors at the Centre Multi-ethnique St. Louis, Jean-Jacques Olier School, the M.A.I. Centre, and the Schubert Pool. ARMP is a provincially chartered non-profit community organization administered by a dedicated 12 person voluntary Board of Directors elected annually.

In 2006 the Milton Park Recreation Association had over 7,500 registrations for more than 700 courses and activities. These courses and activities were available at the Centre Multiéthnique St-Louis, Jean-Jacques Olier, the Schubert Pool, parc Jeanne-Mance, the M.A.I. Centre and Camp Familial St. Urbain. Children from over 60 schools and daycares participated in our activities. The efforts of many dedicated individuals and volunteers help keep these ambitious programs in place and you too can help.
The Association is asking concerned and conscientious individuals and businesses in the community for financial support to advance the Association's social mandate. Your dollars will be used directly in making this part of the world a better place. Help the Milton Park Recreation Association to continue to offer quality courses and activities at accessible prices for all. Call the Director (General), Terrence Regan, at 514-227-0285 to see how you can help us.
